Qualifications
Eligibility Criteria :-
◾ Proven 3 years experience as a QA Tester with a focus on Salesforce applications.
◾ Understanding of manual testing methodologies and best practices.
◾ Experience working in agile development environments.
◾ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
◾ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
◾ Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand project requirements and create detailed test plans.
◾ Execute manual test cases for Salesforce applications, focusing on functional, regression, and integration testing.
Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
◾ Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce customizations, configurations, and integrations to ensure optimal system performance and data integrity.
◾ Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to provide input on testing timelines and priorities.
◾ Work closely with business stakeholders to understand user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that testing aligns with business requirements.
◾ Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases and features to effectively test and validate new functionalities.
